Common Topics
Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to view, modify, or cancel.
iCloud Sync Issues
Make sure iCloud is enabled for PhantomScan in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud. Sync may take a few moments.
Export Problems
If you're having trouble exporting, please tell us the file type and destination app. Screenshots help us diagnose the issue faster.
Face ID / Passcode
You can enable or disable biometric lock in the app settings. If Face ID isn't working, try re-enabling it in Settings → Face ID & Passcode.
Restore Purchases
If your subscription isn't recognized, go to app settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
